Love Organics is the sole distributor for Pahalagama Plantations. The Certification is not held by a third party or tested to be organic by any wholesaler, or middle man or large corporation based out of Sri Lanka.

We are a single farm and 95% of our commercial crop is Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, but we grow many other spices such as pepper, cloves, rice, and an abundance of native fruits for our personal consumption which we will be happy to offer to our clients in the future. We are of the opinion that it is just another logo which we as the farmer and eventually, you as the customer, would have to pay for. We are not a large corporation acting as an intermediary. We are the farmer and we directly provide to you. Therefore, it is not necessary to seek certification in fair trade as any form of confirmation. As a Single Origin product and as upstanding citizens of the farming community in the region, we are proud to say that we abide by all policies of fair trade.
One of the advantages and the beauty of a single origin product is that we deal exclusively with Cinnamon products which are packed in machines that only process Cinnamon. We don’t grow any kinds of nuts on our plantation. We process Cinnamon into powder and there is no possibility of it being contaminated by any other substance.
Cinnamon does not dissolve in water. It is the natural bark of the Cinnamon tea.
We strongly believe in sustainable farming and have no aspirations to be a big global corporation. We value our quality of life and we believe that we are only looking after a natural piece of the earth for the next generation to enjoy as we have. Our values are based on family and friends. If we are out of Cinnamon to sell to you we would be glad to give you the option of ordering from the next harvest. Our plantation is large enough to harvest Cinnamon on a monthly basis which gives you the freshest produce.
Yes! Ceylon Cinnamon is raw, non-GMO, pesticide-free, Certified Organic and has no artificial coloring, sweeteners or flavorings.
Our raw Ceylon Cinnamon is Kosher.
